Session payment and policy

Sessions – Face to face in Bristol (BS1 and BS6) or Weston-super-Mare.

I offer on-line video call or face to face sessions based in Bristol (BS1 and BS6) or in Weston-super-Mare.

Fees: Each session is 50 minutes, the fee is £ 90. Concessions offered.

Making the decision to seek therapy could makes you feel apprehensive. You can send an email and I will contact you in 24 hours (working days) by email or telephone (as you prefer) to briefly discuss your issues and agree the first meeting time.

Our first session entails a preliminary conversation about your issues, your goal and whether we can work together. If you and I decide to proceed, we will establish the recurrent time and day for your sessions. The length of sessions will be determined by individual problems, by the rate of progress and other variables that might come to light during the therapy.

Please email me to book the first appointment.

Payment (Self funding – Insurance)

Please note that the payment needs to be made at least 24 hours in advance to confirm your session booking. Payment details will be given when booking the appointment.

If you are not self funding, I am a recognised psychologist practitioner with the following health insurance providers : Aviva, AXA PPP, Vitality, Allianz. If paying by insurer’s name, please include membership number, authorisation code, your date of birth and full address at the first time booking.

Cancellation Policy

On agreeing to work together there is a commitment to attend the scheduled sessions.

If you need to cancel an appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel less than 24 hours’ notice, the fee for the session will be charged. The same will apply if you do not attend the booked session. Delay in attending a session will not allow an extension to the time agreed and the session will be charged in full. If you are accessing remote sessions, please ensure that you are alone in private space and ready for your session. In case of technological issues, we will continue the session by telephone.
